Coral8's CEP software powers Continuous Business Intelligence that enables enterprises to make immediate, informed decisions. By adding a continuous flow of information and analysis to the business intelligence stack, the integrated solution allows corporate decision makers to monitor transactions, customer interactions, market behavior and critical high volume business processes and take right-time actions.

Through the integration between Coral8 and the Actuate product family, which will include Actuate 10, Performancesoft and BIRT, enterprise BI teams will be able to deliver high-speed dashboards, rich internet intelligence applications and open flexible reporting and analysis for interactive, right-time information delivery and decision-making for business users across the enterprise. The combined solution delivers more insightful enterprise intelligence than ever before, through an agile, more efficient, and lower cost analytic process.

"Complex event processing will deliver a new source of corporate business intelligence that will increase the speed and accuracy of decision making," said Nobby Akiha, senior vice president of marketing, Actuate Corporation. "The integrated offering between Coral8 and Actuate will deliver this new intelligence seamlessly and cost-effectively across the enterprise, allowing customers to maximize revenue and profitability, increase customer satisfaction, reduce risk and truly deliver operational BI and Performance Management."

Actuate conference attendees are invited to a live demonstration on August 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the Red Rock Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Building Continuous Business Intelligence with Insight-Driven Enterprise Reporting and High Performance CEP" presentation will feature real-time and intra-day financial risk analysis as an example of Coral8's and Actuate's combined overall capabilities. John Morrell, vice president of product marketing, Coral8 and Ambareesh Kulkarni, director with the Actuate Corporate Engineers (ACEs) Team, will demonstrate how Actuate and Coral8 have teamed together to deliver Continuous BI solutions that deliver rapid business value.

"Delivering the promise of Continuous Business Intelligence requires tight integration with the enterprise BI stack for faster, effective information delivery," said Mr. Morrell. "The combination of Actuate and Coral8 will enable rich reporting and analysis over a continuous information flow for faster decision making anywhere in the enterprise."

Nov 19, 2008

This conference will teach business leaders what to expect, and what to avoid, to make their SOA journey a success. SOA is a long journey, not a single project, and distributed architectures are inherently complex. Success requires new ways of working, creating more efficient cross organization processes, adopting new tools, and building new skills.Register
